Just so every one is clear. Enmity plays 'Brutal Death Metal', the reason for the 'Pig sound' vocals is because he is trying to sound very guttural and demonic. Thus using his voice as an instrument to add to the Brutality and heavy sound of the music. It is a very acquired musical taste, either loved or hated, but still Brutal and hate filled none the less. (Enmity is one of the most extreme variants in this genre i might add,). Enmity is a 2 man act, and they dont use a drum machine.

The first place you should go to is sevared(.)com. Sevared Records is the largest extreme record label in the world. Look through there catalog and you will find what your looking for.

There are a ton for brutal death metal/Gore grind bands out there, but as stated there are some that are just more extreme. Off the top of my head id recommend Mangled Atrocity, Artery Eruption, Torsofuck, Purulent, Cock and Ball Torture, Screaming Afterbirth, Malignancy.... there is a lot more....

Dude, if you listen to the drums, you'll notice that there's no variation between drum hits. That's clearly a machine.

In fact, I'd go as far to say they use the same machine as Torsofuck (who now use a live drummer) a band who sound very much like this, except that they clearly know what they're doing and that all the band members have clearly ever been in the same room.
