Actually, you see that circle around the people? (I'm level 42 by the way, check me up) Well if it's RED, it means I'm fighting a very high level, if it's orange, higher level than me, yellow same level, blue 2 levels lower than me, green 4 levels lower than me and finally there's gray, if you noticed, I fight only 1 (or 2) grays, because the first one was corpse-camping, and the second one attacked me first, if you noticed. Check the manual and they will tell you pretty much the same thing.
