@CollectChildSupport In this day and age, a man can give to his kids as about as much as what a kid in a family would get, and this can go on for a decade, then one day, the mom can get mad, file for child support, and everything the man gave his child in the first 10 years doesnt count! A man can take his child bowling, out to dinner , buy him clothes and give him cash,and if they isnt given thru the system, its considered a gift and doesnt count!

@Dreambro1 That is very judge specific. It is not endemic at all. Many, many judges will not award retroactive child support anymore...only back to the date the petition was filed...because they assume what is reality...that the parties had some kind of agreement that both were happy with up to the time.

Great video! I agree with your views. I work in a career center for ex- offenders. It is sad to see the amount of men who have been sent to prison because of unpaid child support, and then they get out and no one will hire them because they have a felony. Talk about a backwards system.

@inkladizzable Yeah, I have a friend who went to prison, and while he was there , his babys mama got 4 dollars a month for 2 children from the state. another friend of mine went, and his kids got .78 cents a month each from the state. The state doesnt care about the kids, they care about convictions cause they get paid for each person they lock up! its all Subterfuge!

@MrVellyvell1979 i heard that if you make payments on Certain intervals, they cant touch you, even if the amounts arent what they want. Check the laws in your state. A man got to live too, and i know for a fact that most kids who recieve child support are getting more than a lot of kids who live in 2 parent homes are. I know some kids who child support is more than what i am making working!
