@BaiKsah Start at a lower position. If your're righted, the right foot lands on the ground first. Then get higher and higher. If you can do it smoothy, then youra master.

@spktkrwspkr I always wanted to do, it has been 4-5 years already. Of course I play it since I was little. It is the coolest kick that everybody wants to do. Only the dedicated ones can do though. I tell you, I had a lot of injures because of wanting to do it. Yea, I couldn't do it back in Thailand, but now I'm able because I guess I went over my fear ( 4 months of serious practices). Here is a secret : "LET IT FLIP!".

sepak takraw is the national sport of the philippines

@jmoctavo I'm Filipino and I haven't seen in my whole life a group of Filipino kids playing sepak takraw. I think our national sport by law is ARNIS but if it were by shear number of people playing/fans, I think it would be basketball. It's really good that football is already catching up.

@spktkrwspkr Tips for beginners: Kick your left leg up as hard as you can, then follow by the right leg. Hit the target with the right leg, then quickly LANDING by the RIGHT LEG. Try to keep the left leg in the air. Watch my hand closely, watch how I swing them.
