I wondered the same thing. I will say that the Musical Power Supply Xformers are actually quite acceptable, and reasonably priced. I don't regret using them at all.
Fantastic guitar work and a fine amp. BTW .. I use MPS transformers in all my builds, they are well made, sound great and are an excellent value.
