That's Pizzazz-- actually Ellen Bernfeld who sang the role of Pizzazz. Her alter ego character is "Norma Human" whose vocals from the 80's band "Norma Human and the Body People" inspired her Pizzazz character. Norma was the mother of Pizzazz. ellen was the singer-actress for both.
