I find when I do braid-outs and I go out for the night that by the end of the night my hair a shrunk! Did you get any shrinkage??

Im a guy and I my afro is like 3 inches or more I really like this type of style but I really don't know how to braid I tried two strand twist but I really can't. Do you think a black beaty salon would help me out with this I only need to go once and see all the things i need to do to my hair do they do these types of things like would they braid it for me.

@shojogrl: you can take them out when they dry even the next day and do the pineapple method and it will last 3-5 days. i also have 4c/d/e hair and that is what i do only with twists.hope this helps

Ok first off the end result was gorgeous! Your hair is really healthy and very beautiful.

However, waiting a week to have gorgeous hair for one day, maybe even two days if it last that long seems like a lot of work to me.

I have 4c hair. And I would like my hair to look like that EVERYDAY!!! That seems like more of a hassle then if I had a relaxer honestly. At least my hair could last a week from the salon.

Do you have any hairstyles where I can have a nice hair on a daily basis?

I was considering doing the same, but just trying to figure out how I would wear the twists in an upstyle for a week prior to wearing the twist out? I know you had braids, I just can't braid, so I stick to twists. flat twists and singles
