The U.S. has been,with the Bush Administration at the helm, sabre-rattling and flexing its muscle in a repulsively-abusive manner all over the world for the past 8 years. Not surprisingly-typical of its uncultured, uneducated attitude towards all things international. Unfortunately,they got so carried away they fucked with the Russians, who they pathetically miscalculated as weak since the end of the Cold War.
