Wow, this is probably my favorite track. It's kind of hard to sit back and listen sometimes when you're in the middle of an American war though, so thank you for uploading! In my opinion, the music tends to draw a beautiful line between the real-time battles and the blissful map overviewing an entire world, with plenty at one's disposal, giving one time to relax right after a long siege/battle.
