This reminds me of when I visit Washington Union Station in the winter. They put signs up at the entrances saying "please use revolving doors due to cold weather". Only a small fraction of people actually used the revolving doors, which meant everyone close to the entrance got a blast of 20 degree air every 15 seconds.
The sign is there for a reason. Those geese droppings carry diseases and are a health hazard! She's braking the law and should get a good swift kick in the ass.
Who really cares? So what if she wants to do something before she dies, what does it matter to you?
