To all the people that say it's fake, you're retarded. It looks like his computer couldn't keep up with the web camera's frame rate for the video, or it was a really shitty web camera.

The audio is fine, since a CPU has no problem keeping up with that part.

Source: hobbyist computer engineer, software developer, computer repair technician, experienced musician with recording using low-end gear, web cameras, and pretty much everything.
