there are many types of rays that all generally look the same but differ in sizes and coloring and things like that. These aren't actually devil rays which are considerably larger. I think they are really sting rays.
@dutchman35 You would be thinking right. Def. a cownose ray. Devil rays - mobulids- have "horns" - hence the name - , and they're dark on the dorsal side, sometimes with a grey patch on the shoulder. But cownose rays are probably the ones who resemble mobulids the most in shape.
