  • very kool....not bad for getting together 30 years later. sounds pretty great. but, is it my imagination, or did cliff look a bit like david hasslehof in 1986?

  • @hardtail74 lol i was thinking that

  • Helen Shapiro & Cliff Richard NOT in the U.S.= WE WUZ ROBBED IN THE STATES!!!!

    Wayne & Helen in Texas....

  • this is what music is!! (Cliffs NO. 1 Fan)!!!

  • is cliff playing that guitar

  • Yes he happens to be a very good guitarist actually but because Hank was so good Cliff remained in his shadow...guitar wise that is!!

  • CLASSIC ROCKNROLL FAB

  • my first song on the guitar into the sixties , its still a hack off a song, thanks cliff and your shadows( hank marvin.)

  • Of course hes not palying

  • ¡Por la gloria de mi abuela¡ ¡Qué chaqueta lleva Hank Marvin¡

  • I don't think Cliff is trying to pretend he playing bass. It is certainly not pre-recorded

  • I'm a bass player... no way is Cliff playing the bass. Thats a standard 6 string electric guitar in his hands and his movements don't match the music. aDeSe18 is right, it's Alan Jones (who you can't see.. maybe it's prerecorded)

  • I think this original version is much superior than the 1995 Hank and his copy cats.

Hank and his band tried too hard to be different that the whole song falls flat overall.

You could see in the other video Hank is trying to steal the limelight from Cliff.

A bit of a show off that one.

  • The version captured on Hank Marvin's solo tour in 1995 is better than this. His guitar playing has real bite and great clarity and THAT sound. Cliff comes in for the last song... Move It. YouTube has it, search "Cliff Richard.Hank Marvin 1995" - check it out!

  • Sorry, i think it's Cliff in the Bass. A 6 String Bass by Phodera.

  • great stuff!

  • Brilliant version.

  • great version man

  • Whose playing bass here?

  • Alan Jones.
