Not bad. Orbach's acting rings around him, but then, Orbach acted rings around everybody. Smith actually talked about this in one of his podcasts; he'd always wanted to be on L&O, and realized that with his name in films, they would cast him in a minor role pretty much for the asking. So he asked. And they casted. He also encouraged Jason Mewes to the same thing. Mewes in L&O would kind of rock, come to think about it...

Well, I guess his acting was decent. Only thing that stood out for me in a negative way is when he was asked whether he saw this guy in the jacket. He remember it way too fast, he should've waited a second or two before he said something.
