Dear mr.lowell, The change needs to come from the people. The maltese public is so politically poor that its not prepared for alternative thinking. all members of parliament have a vague idea of politics and thus malta is very late on many issues, divorce, gay rights, taxation and so on. Your efforts werent wasted since after some time people relised that many things you forsaw become reality.
