My brother and i grew up with Super Mario Bros games when we were kids and we are still playing the games :) . I have downloaded all Super Mario Bros games from Wii Shop Channel and we are reliving the memories again :)
@catman856 No, you can purchase points cards (usually they are 2000 Points) and then you add the credit to your Wii buy registering the code on the back of the points card
@knfkhan It doesn't come with any points. The DSi came with 1000 points when it first came out, but it doesn't now. You might be getting some information mixed up.
Personally, I think that the Virtual Console versions of NES games have a lot sharper visuals, like in the original SMB. That game looks dull on NES (btw I OWN one), but really stands out on the Virtual Console. Unless it's just me, but I believe it looks sharper on the Wii. A side-by-side comparison is how I came to that conclusion. :D
look at a walkthrough, in nes version next time you play you get ur inventory filled with p wings. and the princess wasn't kidnapped at the start, but she does later on.

I would much rather the snes version, the save feature and decent graphics, I hope wii brings it out as an option

snes version sucks, i heard in nes at the end you get ur inventory filled with p wings but not in snes
not sure
sarCAsum0 2 years ago
you don't. The princess comes out and says, just kidding. She wasn't kidnappped. plus if that would happened it would have to happen in snes.

eh... im used to the super nintendo versions of SMB2 and SMB3... but it seems like nintendo decided to instead put the old NES versions on the VC...
i probably wont get them, because of that, i just prefer the SNES versions.
i have a feeling they'll be leaving out alot of the games i loved, such as megaman X, megaman X2, etc...
