1000 fps is how fast the game is running, like 0 would be normal and 50 would be a lil bit slower

Start a server and instead of pressing start type "/devmap mp_backlot", backlot is an example, you can put any map. If you type "/timescale x" you can use it as a fake FPS thing, but it's not fake!
