  • People saying 'God, why didn't you help these people' but honestly he'd probably ask us the same thing.. All of the nations & military stood by and watched this genocide, so don't blame God, blame us humans

  • god is such a discerning fokker. you have to pray, and you better pray the right way, or he aint gonna bother with you.

  • Don't want to bring any negative energy and I'm sure this comment was made before but what about the million other people

  • first europeans put them into physical slavery and secondly into mind slavery. furthermore they classified tutsi as an superior race over the hute. fascist idologie spread from 1945 to 1994 and found itself in the mid of africa. what an traumata - as a reward of it she has two children. sorry, but this beautiful woman is completely stupid as my ex-girlfriend from nigeria, which was also religiously brainwashed. stupid but lucky.

  • omg her faith saved her.....wow

  • Imaculee words were truth. I am a person that G-d has revealed himself to on a number occasions, I dont just mean dreams and visions; although, I have had those, but actually G-d descended on me and talk to me on a number of occasions. After my encounters with the Almighty, eventhough each experience was freightening, my fears started to fade away and more love and forgiveness is thrust into your spirit over time!!

  • this is one trong woman! so proud.. God is not guilty of humans horrors.. but he certainly is there to bring peace back when we allow him to return.. he never leaves..

  • Oh, Immaculee - what a powerful story!! Know that your testimony is changing lives and God will bless you for that. I feel so sorry that you had to go through this for me and thousands of others to understand how close God can be in our lives but you're making the best out of your ordeal. And what the devil meant for bad, God has turned it into a song of glory. Genocide statistics are easy to forget, but your story tells us that those who died are not numbers only, but people with life and love.

  • great testimony; i hope the Lord will help me to do the same this day.

  • Americans just love anything about god. jeez.

  • @jamboliboli Careful, don't give McDungal the idea about a GodBurger menu

  • and God stopped the killing and no more than 10 people died in Rwanda. Yeah, right

  • @cperez1000 God gave free will to men and women. Does it mean that He agrees with all that we do? No. But God is love, and He allows us to have the freedom of choice. What kind of world would it be if he controlled our actions and thoughts? It would be a world of perfection, and we would be His slaves. This story is not about the cruelty of the Hutus, it's about forgiveness and the power that God gives to those who are willing to listen. You may not believe, but please don't put down a faith.

  • @hoopsgirlratto,

God is love therefore he allows mass murder in the name of free will.

Sorry, but if your free will limits other people's free will to a point where you cannot even choose to live, then free will it's meaningless. Have u considered what's the free will of a slave?

Faith can be put down just like anything else, don't think it can't.

To go to heaven you have to be a slave of God. What will happen if you reject his offer? You go to hell. Not too much of a choice there, is it?

  • @cperez1000 How are we God's slave if we do his work? All He asks is that we respect Him and others, love Him and others, and treat others as we want to be treated. That is what is required to get to heaven. He only condemns those who despise Him to hell. I don't think I have that problem. Faith is a belief system. I'm not saying that it CAN'T be put down, I'm asking you to respect my beliefs just as I respect yours. God is complicated, and takes time to understand. It's a struggle to learn.

  • @cperez1000 Don't blame God for the carelessness and cruelness of human kind. He is not responsible for our mistakes, only for granting our redemption.

  • @hoopsgirlratto.

Humans are responsible for evil and also for good.

I don't blame God as I think he's part of the mythology of religion, so I cannot blame him.

If you knew your neighbor is about to be killed and you could do the least to save his life, would you do it? Of course you would, but also you're gonna say that God gave us free will and ignore my last post about it, but that's the great thing about religion, you can say the most nonsensical stuff and still think it still makes sense.

  • @cperez1000 In the eyes of Christianity and the like, our time on earth is a testing time for what we will have in the future of our eternal lives (If we have them), so most people do not understand when people say vaguely that "God is love". The way we handle situations and the way we make decisions in our life shows our true nature. Not trying to press opinions on you, It's just that most religious people are vague about that point and it makes them look insane to non religious people lol...
