I will also let my guests know that police are not allowed inside. I will Also hang a sign stating no entry without owners consent. I will ALSO have a baby monitor camera on the front door, and the video on a screen downstairs to fair warn me of whos at the door!!!!!

It would be impossible to prove guilt, and that it wasn't there when you bought it.
Due Process requires fair warning of guilt, and there's no way you could reasonably know about it unless you had a drug-sniffing dog or test-kit!
Just like if you bang a 15-year old girl whose driver's license says she's 16, you didn't have Fair Warning since the state told you that she was 16; so they can't prosecute you for doing something that they said was legal in that case.
