It is very depressing because my hair is growing very slowly. I saw a youtube video of your hair at 6 months and it is so long. My hair looks like a 3 months hair journey. I dont know what I am doing wrong. Please help me grow my hair? My hair is very thick and coarse. It halls and tagle up a lot. Help!!

Hello I have a question I've been natural for a year now. my hair is shoulder length now, but my edges don't seem to being sooo great...mainly my left side. I might have to try your leave in conditioner because i still have'nt found a product that keeps my hair moisturized enough. I have to moisturize my hair four times a day atleast to keep moisture in. I live in Canada and winters are harsh and dry. Does your product have glycerin in it? Glycerin is a no. I cut my hair to 1/8 inch in feb 09, I was almost bald! but it's been a year and a half since then and my hair is about 10 inches long now. The key to healthy growth is MOISTURE and PH BALANCE.

@grapeslushpm I have been using sulfates for years and I have been able to grow my hair to long healthy lengths.so have most of our customers. It is the absolute best cleansing agents and your hair has to be in its cleanest state to reap the benefits of your deep conditioning. If not the deep conditioner or moisturizers will not penetrate the strand because there will be a layer of buildup blocking absorption. As long as you moisturize you will retain moisture in your hair.

Now my hair is 1/8th of an inch and I heard how good protective stylings are for the hair. Since my hair is super short even for a comb twist, I mostly cover my hair in a satin scarf. Is that ok?

I suggest that you massage your scalp (thinning hairline) twice a day with our follicle invigorator, growth lotion and growth oil. Just a small amount. The more you massage the better. Hey!!! Be sure to moisturize your hair with the growth lotion first and then seal in the moisture with the growth oil. oil alone doesn't moisturize the hair. Oil just seals in the moisture.

@2blackqueens1 While wearing braids/ twists it is extremely necessary to moisturize and seal in the moisture with oil on a regular basis. You should use our Hydratherma Naturals Daily Moisturizing Growth Lotion and seal in the moisture with our Hair Growth Oil. Just apply this to your own hair. Also be sure to wash and deep condition every 7-14 days. You can dilute the shampoos and conditioners with a little water and apply the shampoo directly to your scalp.

Hi Saleema! Thanks for these tips, they are really helpful. I recently transitioned to natural in march this year. And last week, I trimmed off the the relaxed ends of my hair. Now my hair is 1/8th of an inch and I heard how good protective stylings are for the hair. Since my hair is super short even for a comb twist, I mostly cover my hair in a satin scarf. Is that ok?

Hello, I have natural hair that is damaged. But I know its due to weaves and braids. I also have thinning edges and I'm 19 so this is not due to age. I was wondering was their anything I can do to grow back my edges in the front.

@wishywashygirl19 I'm sorry to hear about your thinning hairline. I had this problem too and soooo many other black women who have worn braids weaves and bad relaxer jobs. I suggest that you massage your scalp (thinning hairline) twice a day with our follicle invigorator, growth lotion and growth oil. Just a small amount. The more you massage the better. Also, add a small amount of growth lotion and growth oil to your hair ends.

You can co wash but don't overdo it. I personally don't co wash at all. The less you manipulate the hair the better IMO.

Have been natural for 3 1/2 years and my hair is maybe just a lil longer than yours. DId not think I was doing much wrong and did not see much breakage but something is not right. ok im a lil confused, maybe someone can help me uderstand. rinses coat your hair, so theyre good for your hair. they protect your hair from the elements. petroleum jelly coats your hair so its bad for your hair and causes your hair to dry out. how can these two products do the same thing but have opposite effects?

Hi! Rinses adhere to the cuticle layer of the hair however, it still allows moisture to enter the hair strand unlike petroleum.

Great! You should use the products the same way. Continue to wash and deep condition weekly. You can dilute the shampoo in a spray bottle and spray it directly on your scalp.

Hey, I suggest that you comb through your hair with a wide tooth comb after deep conditioning under a hood dryer and before rinsing out the deep conditioner. This will get rid of the tangles that you may be experiencing.

I like your hair products especially the folical invigorater.I do have some concerns I chopped of an inch and a half of my Natural hair,But the ends of my hair gets dry and snaps off.The hair at the root stays hydrated. I'm also starting to get dry scabs in my scalp I don't know if it's from the emu oil or from me using to much oil.suggestions please!

Hey!!! Be sure to moisturize your hair with the growth lotion first and then seal in the moisture with the growth oil. oil alone doesn't moisturize the hair. Oil just seals in the moisture.
