Is it so treasonous to question war and to intimately reflect the damage is wreaks? I applaud these filmmakers and all the volunteers who set up the crosses week after week. Amid the din of mainstream news and empty political speeches, it is they who steadily, and with quiet dignity, appeal to our higher selves.

Perhaps a son, daughter, brother or sister die on foreign soil... and for what? The only troops I support, are those who stand up and say No more!! We are no longer "defending" the United States, we are "offending" the World. Have you no empathy? Do you not feel for your fellow human being? Were you abused as a child?

first,I´m german....in autumn i was there,on the beach,just to have fun,i didn´t knew that there is a memorial.i stopped smiling because of the warm sun shining on my face.i read.i read names,information and in the end i couldn´t read because my of tears. i can´t remember crying in front of so many ppl. i bend down and prayed.and there were questions i thought not even god could answer..
