@PrettyLittleLiar1214 I'm planning to get there around 3. That's not to get tickets because i will have already bought mine too, but I get there that early to make sure i get a good seat! If you don't particularly care about getting the best seat you could get there at 11:59 and there would still be a seat for you. So it all depends on how good a seat you want!
They actually changed the sequence of events, which was sometimes quite weird cause i know the book kindof by heart... And it was a pity that Esmés hair was kindof black and all the time tied up... But awesome movie !
i went to see the movie last night in the uk,the cinema was packed out, people had twilight t shirts on etc, the place was buzzing, i have seen the 1st 2 movies and have read the books, i loved this movie though it had the romance between Edward and Bella, and the triangle that involved Jacob(u even felt sorry for him)there was comedy too and the cinema laughed a few times at bits, all in all it was AWESOME i would go to see it again,anyone of any age would love it, i am a Twihard loved it!!!
It bothered me that Bella cut herself in the movie when trying to be the 3rd wife. In the book she doesn't and I thought that was better. Btw the sound in your video was delayed... Just letting u know! :)
i've just got back from the advanced screening (i live in england) -- IT WAS AWEEEESSSSOOOOMMMEEEE!!!!!! The whole theater laughed when jacob said "Let's face it, I'm hotter than you" - love that line! I can't wait to see Breaking Dawn!!!!! I felt so sorry for Riley at the start when Victoria was changing him - then when he was stealing Bella's shirt I was like, "Dude, I can't believe I felt sorry for you!" Overall, this movie rocked. Thumbs up if you agree!!!
Reviewing again afterwards: Eclipse is my favorite book too, but that quileute story was like 15 pages long. I skipped it. Thankfully the movie kept me entertained during that scene. Short, sweet, and to the point.

Charlie and Bella's "sex talk" was ten times better than it was in the book. and it was REALLY good in the book. lmao. Maybe its just hearing KStew say she's a virgin cracks us all up.

I disagree with the part about the legend back story. I think they should have mentioned something about the soul leaving the body. It kind comes off as "Yeah, we turn into wolves. There's no real reason...we just do." The first part of the legend explains WHY they turn into wolves specifically. It should've been mentioned.
I remember from the book that in the tent Bella and Edward talk about their top ten best nights... Does this appear in the movie? Also, how does the film end?
@becca1441 Yes he talks about the top nights, but only does the 1st one...when she accepted his proposal. And it ends with Bella telling Edward they need to tell Charlie about their engagement.
I agree with the whole story being boring thing. I basically *shh don't tell* skipped most of the story in the book, but in the movie I was really into it
You know, when I tell people I see the movies purely to see if they botch it, (or what I call, gave it Eragon Syndrome), they either a) say I'm lying or b) tell me that that's stupid and pointless. But that is why I see them. The books in my opinion are so much better, even if they do get stuff spot on. I saw New Moon... THERE WAS TOO MUCH STUFF TO MAKE FUN OF. I will have to see Eclipse now. Because I'm really wondering now. :P
The midnight premiere went really well actually. The theater was quiet during the movie, unlike other times. I loved this one the most out of all the movies. I loved the input of Bree's story. My main objections about Eclipse were Bryce as Victoria, and the choppy ending of Bree. I felt like it was done poorly when the rest was done so well. The funniest (most awkward) part of the movie is when Bella goes to Edward's house and Edward opens the door for her saying "Why are you outside?" LOL
dude i loved it and i still feel anxious for it but i dont know why also the theater i went to had the first two then ecliplse it was my fave book and movie but it wasnt quite wat i was expecting not that it wasnt good just not wat i pictured it makes me more hopful about breaking dawn hahaha
@Allureist It was good! Eclipse had a different director and it seemed to be put together better. I read the book and I loved it and I had high expectations.... I also think that the acting was much better!

Or maybe I was tired at the midnight showing. I thought that some scenes dragged on a bit. The main one was the tent scene... just a bit. The discussion between Bella and Charlie with her being a virgin was hilarious. And they played Debussy. Nice reference from Twilight. I LOVE the soundrack.

i thought Eclipse was by far the best out of the three. I loved how Jasper had a bigger part in the film and definietly loved getting to see behind Rosalie's "shell". It was overall a dark thriller which I loved. The only thing I didn't like was in some places things or lines were just too random. Like when bella and edward are walking up the stairs to his room and he gives her the heart charm, it was pretty sudden and very random. but overall a FANTASTIC movie!

Eclipse was an awesome movie. Way better than the first 2 hands down, and Great adaption... I was expecting to not like it that much and I'm known to my friends to a movie snob... so.. yea. Good movie.
Eclipse was a very awful film. I LOVE the book and i think it's way better than the film. How can David Slade, who was the director of Eclipse, fail us? That movie was poorly written, the scenes were fast paced and technically jumping from one thing to another, and surprisingly there was more comedy in this one haha. I loved the ending only, Edward and Victoria's showdown was the best but it was different from the book. In the book it was fast but intense, in the movie dramatic and long.
