  • @ obesehooker -- No, it is not Segovia. The performer is Lorenzo Micheli, from the CD "Miguel Llobet: Guitar Music" (Naxos). I just compared this Youtube video to the audio sample for the Naxos CD at Amazon.com, and it is definitely the same recording.
