For instance, that user would be called by his local police department. The report would be filed, and it would be up to the states attorney to pursue the charges against you. Personally I really don't feel like I should have to explain this, but I don't want to be "confused" with who ever you are referring to. I can see there is some sort of fascination with this person over some long history. However I am sorry if I intruded in your "discussion/dispute" I really don't care. I watched a video being watched on the home page and posted a response.

@babaganush00 Yea, your right, he's probably using it as a scare tactic. I don't know or really care. All I know about this site, is that about a year ago some creep was sending me "photos". It was recommended that I fill out a complaint with the site at a zero dollar amount and proof of the uploaded photo. The police department called me two days later where I filed a complaint with them. I was able to press charges and the individual was arrested.

@Jucoize why dont you look back at the comments back and forth between me and flavorfulydisturbing. im not in any way scared that i could be arrested or even talked to about it. it wasnt harrassment, it was an argument. after he was losing the argument he tried to say i was harrassing him so he could play the victim when he was arguing equally as much. he just wanted the last word. he would actually get in more trouble for false accusations wasting the police's time.
