After they get you down town you set in a room for 2 to 3 hours with just a chair an a table. They come in an ask you what was you doing on this day at this time, and came you prove you was at the place you say.
BUT you wasn't! Now try really hard (if you think you can) to imagine that you had cops come up to your house bust in your door telling you. You have to go down town. All the time you asking. I have an empty pizza box in my store room for the last 10 weeks that I keep forgetting to throw out, that once contained a beef onion and mushroom pizza,a real good one too. She had never displayed selfish behavior. According to everyone who knew her, her children were everything to her and she done everything for them. I don't know whether she's guilty or not, but why would important information be withheld from the jurors during her trial if the prosecution and law enforcement KNEW she was guilty?
The Darlie Routier case has always bothered me. The fact that the jurors did not see all of her photos from the hospital and did not know all of her injuries, I have to wonder why they with held that information from them.
But what gets me is when she says I would rather make a false call then no call. Well is no one aware of the damage to many lives comes from false allegations. People are under the false impression that caseworkers go away when nothing is founded. In these cases there was no evidence of any abuse prior. And people who actually believe the state protects children really need to do some research on fixing that system. Yates was found mentally insane.

I saw that story about the boy when it happened on the news. The reporter interviewed a neighbor and the neighbor even said they had seen the boy out in the yard. Hello? Why didn't they report it when they saw him out there. I think he is 16 or 17.

Speaking of Darlie Routier i have read all books about her case as well as i have watched her story on 48 hours i think Darlie is innocent and i am curious what you ladies think about this?

guilty as a cat with it's paws in a goldfish bowl. To me Darlie was just a selfish woman who didn't want all the extra baggage (i.e. children) she had so she wanted to get rid of them.

Have you even researched her story?? the jurors have even come out and said they would have found her innocent if the had seen the bruises on her body and i am talking some major bruises, there was no way she could have done that to her self she was attacked

She had never displayed selfish behavior. According to everyone who knew her, her children were everything to her and she done everything for them. I don't know whether she's guilty or not, but why would important information be withheld from the jurors during her trial if the prosecution and law enforcement KNEW she was guilty?

The Darlie Routier case has always bothered me. The fact that the jurors did not see all of her photos from the hospital and did not know all of her injuries, I have to wonder why they with held that information from them.

Yes those are shocking cases.
But what gets me is when she says I would rather make a false call then no call. Well is no one aware of the damage to many lives comes from false allegations. People are under the false impression that caseworkers go away when nothing is founded. In these cases there was no evidence of any abuse prior. And people who actually believe the state protects children really need to do some research on fixing that system. Yates was found mentally insane.

I live 15 mins. away from the town of where the boy was shackled and then later disappeared. Adam I believe is his name, from Ks. I live in Wichita, the adoptive parents live in Derby. Knowing what Casey and Smith have in common with each other, they'd probably get along just fine. Casey likes having friends and bfs. Better to leave her in an isolated cell. Time will pass ever so slowly. She'll be a total nut case in no time at all. Either that, or she'll continue to gorge on snacks till she overdoses and collapses in her jail cell. Casey did those internet searches months before the killing. She's too stupid to actually try and set up her Mom. With her Dad being a cop...you would think that she would already know that forensics can be done on her computer even though she erased her history. SHE'S SOOO STUPID!!!!!!!!!!

I agree with the Smith and Anthony cell sharing, but these two do not belong with Andrea Yates.I would hope you realized that after you made these comments. Andrea Yates was truely mentally ill and does have remorse. Yates was deeply mentally ill and did not receive the help she so deperately needed and she does not belong in the same category of people who murder their children because they are either jealous of them or they are an inconvience to them. Big, big difference.I like you two though!

I agree that anyone who knew about it and did nothing is just as guilty, it's called aiding and abetting, obstruction of justice and conspiracy. mothers especially should be held accountable if they know a man is abusing her children and she ignores it and doesn't believe her children. these women should be EXECUTED ALONG WITH THE PEDOPHILE. (vice versa, also, for dads and women who abuse). it is better to err on the side of the child, the adult can take care of himself! BRAVA

It's a mistake to call CPS for real child abuse, call the COPS instead! CPS only causes misery for innocent parents or parents who are merely disciplining their children. Truly abusive parents ride the CPS system like "experts" , and totally avoid criminal charges because the CPS system is "helping them"! CPS is a joke either way.

Nice work ladies. Re your comment on setting up Cindy, the computer searches were done months before Caylee's disappearance. March to May 08. Regardless, I like your banter, it's fun. Also, adults that kill children are the lowest form of society in prisons, not to mention the outside world. Sometimes we wish they could be left to fend for themselves in prison, however, they would not survive.

People that have done evil things to children should be treated the same way...wouldn't you call that their hell? It's just so horrific like if someone would try to hurt an adult they have a chance to defend themselves but a child i really think they need to feel what their victims felt.

I saw that story about the boy when it happened on the news. The reporter interviewed a neighbor and the neighbor even said they had seen the boy out in the yard. Hello? Why didn't they report it when they saw him out there. I think he is 16 or 17.
