  • No one can tell you, what the windows is...

  • I liked the part when the lines came up

  • its the combine...

    they have microsft now xD

  • Sucure rom cleaner XD

  • Wegee raped graphic card.

  • LOL Kevin

  • I have called sony and they will fix it for free. (since the 8400m gt models were shipped with a manufacturing defect)

  • Maybe that defect is what caused this?

  • Yes, the faulty 8400m gt was put in many laptops of many companies.

  • oh dang kevin

  • Nice going. You broke the rundle. >:C

  • FAIL. xD

Looks like graphics card is broken(looks like 8 bit or worst)...

  • Thanks for the advice guys. (Strange, I did not oc the gpu, nor did I play any graphics intensive game on it recently) My warranty is most likely expired since this laptop is about 3 years old. All I need to do is replace the GPU correct?

  • In theory, yes. However, with laptops often you can't actually access the gpu, or it's soldered onto the motherboard.

  • @KevinYOKI Hey - My Sony Vaio VGNFZ-21M has just started doing the same thing - although mine will not get past the initial 'microsoft corportaion' screen now - as it just goes blank with yellow 'corruption' on...who did you contact? my vaio is over 4 years old now - will i be able to get it fixed free?

    Thanks

    Dave

  • the graphics card circuits are fried from over heating you need a new laptop graphics card, this happened to my desktop

  • its the gpu, its actualy your fault all u guys wanted laptops to work like desktops with high graphics but you just dont understand that laptops cant game man

    this is what happens

  • the fact that the artifacts seem to be repeating, not random, implies a problem with the gpu.

  • that happened to my laptp too but i dun wana repair it cuz it costs too much >:O

and there is no more Circuit City

  • it looks like as if your graphics card had been overclocked too much or something like that... you might need to buy a new one.

  • yea, it must be a video card problem. gotta get it repaired ;)

  • It is the graphics card, call your manufacturer if the warranty is ok, if not then you might have to pay to get your graphics card replace. dont listen to RUNAwaYD ive dealt with this before and its not a screen crack, a crack on a screen for a laptop would have been like a crack on a windsheild, and sprouting multiple colors. so best thing is to replace the graphics card

  • its a screen crack

  • That migth be related with the graphics card.
