  • this is a concise, no-nonsense book of Jazz piano for intermediate player. Full of exercises. To get the most of the book, just do all the exercises in 12 keys Circle of Fifth, so for one exercise, you will spend at least 2-3 weeks.....

    I think you should have strong foundation first to get most of this book, such as Mark Levine's Jazz theory book or Noah Baerman's Mastering jazz piano. I use Levine and Baerman's as theoretical foundation and this book as an exercise.
