@Linds00001 I'm a big fan of both Avril and Lights, and a fellow Canadian. I don't think it's fair to compare singers just they share the same birth place. They each have different styles, stories, and audiences. The only thing they share is, yes they're both Canadian, and they're both successful singers. They're both as different as night and day but that's one of the reasons why I love them so much. Kudos to them both.

I really love LIGHTS, best artist I know of. But the new album didn't really hit me as hard as I'd want it to :/ I loved the musical style in the first album, I mean, it's all over the new one too, but the whole "rap" and "dubstep" aspects that feels kind of thrown in there doesn't suit her too well. Just my opinion, still love her though! :)
