I am so very happy to have come across your site and this YouTube page. I am "newly" diagnosed with IBS and yet my DR handed me pills and said "take these for cramps." They don't help me at all. I am excited to try your recipes and take your experience and advice and use them. Thank you again. Are there any more episodes coming?

@MetalGoddessJen Hi - thanks for your comments! The meds from your doc are likely anti-spasmodics. Might try peppermint oil caps instead. I gave up my prescription meds years ago for pep oil caps - they work better without the side effects. And yes, there are more episodes coming!
