@morpheus9494 Technically they are Izaya and Shizuo from Durarara!! but people call them Psyche and Tsugaru when they are drawn in this clothing. Psyche comes from a picture of Izaya on the cover of the Drrr!! OST. Tsugaru comes from a picture of Shizuo on his cover song. :) Did that make sense? lol
