I would need more of this during the class. Sometimes I am not sure if I do ir right and the instructor cant see everything as there are usually many people around. Thanx a lot for this video, it was very helpful

The other videos ... I think something called: Buddha Bar, but not sure about the artist. I think this one is a short sample from Drallion, one of many circus de' soule albums I highly recommend! Which is probably on iTunes; but, not sure.

Yes, Esak's practice is amazing. He's a former football player too! He started Bikram Yoga 14 years ago.
