I know just about as good as anyone

I got really good at shining out of shield, but it's so powerful that I spammed it and now I have some bad habits with it/do it in bad positions.

It's most useful as a little tool or trick to get out of really direct shield pressure, but it's by no means the go-to move from a defensive position.
