Smoking was not stigmatized in 1940, neither in France, nor in the USA (and elsewhere in the world). The fact that the man is smoking must not have been shocking.
Je trouve que la publicité se plit bcp a la société, elle na pas d'identitée propre. Du fait en ré-utilisant la propagande Nazie à travers de simple mot comme "Racé" ou encore la carrure du jeune prétendant, mince athlétique cheveux blond, et surement des yeux bleu....
