The S65 has too way much torque and the handling is not as good as the Quattro system around corners. The only advantage of the S65 is the straight line speed. Audi's tuning division could have easily modified their W12 engine used in their A8 but they didn't, instead decided to use the more humble V10 which only weighs 250 KG. I have and will always be a Merc AMG fan but can't deny that this S8 is an engineering masterpiece.

German cars are great, but their gas guzzlers worse than US cars. I mean the M5 makes like 10 mpg if even. The German president wouldn't agree to sign an international policy that wanted car makers to increase gas mileage and reduce CO2 emissions because it would hurt their economy. Japanese cars are faster, lighter and cheaper with better gas mileage and lower CO2 emissions. You can't argue with that.

Other way round, AUDI owns Lambo. They make the lambos now. That's why the Lambos are so good now. They took the engine out of the Gallardo, tweaked the engine so it would get some decent gas mileage and put it in their A6 and A8 so they could compete with the AMG super saloons.

Well I think everyone here agrees that the design of american cars like dodge or cadillac is just awful.
European cars have a much nicer design (interior and exterior) and have more powerful engine range.
The handling is also a lot better than that of most american cars, especially with mercedes, bmw and audi.

This car is amazing. The old S8(we have one) is so damn cool.
