The waking up and bathrooms scenes are some of the funniest in Stooge history. I originally recorded this in the 1980s on a cassette tape on a local station late at night and all you could hear were my friends and I laughing our butts off.

@jabrown45100 First of all, that's Curly JOE you're thinking of. TOTALLY different people. Secondly, that's not in any short produced by Columbia. You're thinking of The New 3 Stooges, the 60's cartoon. You can prob find the scene on any $1 DVD copy with "live action footage" of the Stooges.

@4evernate28 Thanks by the way for the reply. But I know for sure there is a regular episode with Curly Joe or Curly whomever in B&W version out there somewhere(I'm already aware of the cartoon one). Many years ago I seen Curly Joe on a remote highway along with other two trying to hitch a ride, but it was only Curly that stood alone and put the $20, $5 or $1(don't know which) under his foot and pulled one pant leg up to the knee level and waved his thumb out.

Some of you may have already figured it out, but the person playing the Stooges' mother is actually a crossdressing male. I know, just go along with it. I guess they couldn't find an actual senior female physically strong enough to handle the slapstick. *shrug*

So we finally meet the Stooges' mother: Moe's temper, Larry's easily-torn-off hair, and Curly's speech mannerisms. Sure explains where they got most of their antics and such.

About a month back i decided to put in a DVD i have of them and watch it. My girlfriend called me and asked if I minded if she came over. I told her it was alright. Well, when she gets to my house, she walks in and I still have the DVD playing. She asks if we can "turn this crap off and watch a real show like Jersey Shore." I'm proud to announce that I am single now.

@Seraph825 Am I the only one with a girlfriend who loves watching the three stooges with me? I don't understand why people watch the Jersey Shores nor do I get the aspect of it. I mean Jersey Shores is not even a show, it's watching the lives of typical young Americans living in New Jersey. Real television shows comedy, action, and classics, not watching people having drama in their lives. Who cares about watching other people living in New Jersey? I don't understand that drama crap.

@LPHJHGuitar yes it is his real voice, the wood plank was pretty tight on his neck during filming, therefor his voice was distraught. Thats why they then filmed his outside with his real voice, so he wouldnt choke.
