Those aren't "poor shots"..his step back move is his best move..Especially when its his play called..you notice in that video it was an Iso? he had that whole side of the floor to himself... The only time he forces shots is when he drives in and shoots over 3 people. He'll be fine, he is a proven scorer. And he loves to take 14-17 ft jumpers on fastbreaks, i'll live with him taking those shots all day. When i watch this video i feel like the person talking doesnt know josh howard at all.
I totally agree with you. We tend to magnify what Josh does wrong and we seldom give credit to him when he does something right. Remember, he played with a bad ankle through last year's playoff series against the spurs and the nuggets. Though what he lacks is consistency. There are games where he has total meltdowns and forces bad shots. But still we should give credit to him. Wait for him to be 100% then we'll see.
