  • Dear Mr. Sao. May you give me some tips on how to relax? I am practicing Taiji Quan as well and my sifu tells me that I'm usually too stiff and my movements are not yet smooth. I practice the Yang Long-Form from the school of Chang Dsu Yao.

  • Dear Friend, Push hands provides a unique form of extended human physical contact. It teaches you how to touch and be touched in a way that is neither sexual nor violent. It teaches you not only how to react to physical push, but also mental "pushes" in our daily lives.:-)
