Kingdom hearts 3 will be developed right after kindom hearts 3D and final fantasy XIII-versus ps3 exusive, they just havn't even started to make it. I just hope that kindom hearts 3 will be an muti platform for once....I don't want to buy a bloody ps3 just for this game, becuase im saiving up my money for both a 3DS and kingdom hearts 3D......ps3 costs like 240$ or more, bloody expenive. the next game is kingdom hearts dream drop distance on the 3ds (31st december 2012) and tetsuya nomura (the creator) has said it is the second last game in the xehanort saga with xehanort and organisation 13. He has also confirmed that the final game in the xehanort saga will be kingdom hearts 3!!! So the game after kingdom dream drop distance will be kingdom hearts 3 on ps3 and maybe xbox, possibly in 2013
@rexall39 that's true, they've got these rainbow coloured dream eater as enemies, some of them can become your allies. They've decided to do this to keep people interested in the series and to keep it fresh. It was the same with kingdom hearts BBS with the unversed. The only thing in the way of nobodies will be organisation 13 and namine and roxas making appearances.

Yes I always go for the deals obvosly, but they are obvosly not going to drop the price on a new game that just came out to be used already. I don't nesesarly mind waiting tho, but once you wait so long, there is already the sequal to that game you were going to buy.... I din't diss your system now did I? Xbox 360 is a fine system, just has its small errors.
@Dragonk116 exactly, the fact that it is shifting from system to system means that die hard KH fans who only have one console feel the need to buy other consoles just to play kingdom hearts. But yes, Tetsuya does have a brilliant mind and the fact that he has created such a wonderful story and such an inspiring game series shows this. Whether he is able to do this again after the Xehanort saga is another matter, but I have no doubt that he will, even if the story is without Sora after KH3.

@GirlsReyna Yeah, that trailer you just described confuses a lot of people. It may say Kingdom Hearts 3, but it isn't. As for the trailer of KH3, I can't say. They aren't even making that game yet. The team making Final Fantasy Versus 13 is also the team that is going to make KH3. The thing is though, Versus 13 is not done yet, so because of that game, KH3 isn't in development. We may have to wait quite a bit longer. Hopefully next year we can get some info on KH3.
Don't worry guys; It will soon be finished. They announced Kingdom Hearts 3D for NDS, and if you remember chain of memories for GBA, you also remember KH2 coming out a while after that. KH3D will be just another messenger to the gaming-community :D They also explained, that in KH3D Riku and Sora undergo some kind of training to become fullfledged Keyblade Warriors, so why training if there won't be a 3rd part? So it is a promise, that we don't have to wait much longer, if the mayans were wrong!
Yes there will be a KH 3 but unfortunately no release date. In an interview with Tetsuya Nomura (The mastermind behind KH), when he was asked about Xehanort in KH 3D he said that the game will focus on Sora's and Riku's training to become a key-blade master and some hidden data inside of Sora. Then after this he said that the Xehanort saga will end with Kingdom Hearts 3, so even if it is not in production just yet, Square Enix is planning it and will most defiantly happen. Spread the word.
for the love of fuck, thirteen final fantisies and the last console kingdom hearts game being kingdom herts 2. Square Enix need to lay off final fantasy and create a kingdom hearts on ps3 and xbox. The reason kingdom hearts is going downhill is because all of them since kh2 have either been on ds or psp, the latest one coming out is on the 3ds (dream drop distance), the ds and psp aren't bad consoles but they can't release kingdom heart's full potential.
i think kh3 will be about that weird and mysterious letter sora gates from mickey at the end of kh2... they will make a random new threat and just about a whole new story line that will branch off into more games like kh1 and kh2 did (birth by sleep, chain of memories, etc...)

@oblivion9923 What is different between the 2 Oathkeepers? I can't really answer that. The most I know is that the Keychain Token is of Kairi's good luck charm. However, in Castle Oblivion, Kairi's good luck charm is replaced by a trinket which seems to symbolize Namine.

@Corfang the original PS3 (all the ones that cost 800$ and up) played PS 1,2,and 3 games, but all of the newer ones only play PS3 games unless you go to PlayStation network and pay 25$ to play PS2 games(no PS1 games DX)

@VisageZero You forgot Chain of Memories. It was a GBA release between 1 and 2 that actually related directly to the story. It explained how everyone forgot about Sora, Donald, and Goofy, and it was where they first made contact with Organization XIII.
Holy shit, Square Enix is really pissing me off now. They keep making games no one wants and ignore the games the fans want. Where's KHIII or atleast a decent KH game that is not a spin off (and features new worlds, DDD doesn't seem to good so far)? Where's FFVII Remake? Oh no, We get to have games like FFXIII-2 or Versus XIII. A few people want it, but not much.

KH 3 is officially going to be made, but it's not coming out in a few years since Tetsuya Nomura wanted to focus on the new Final Fantasy which will come (anniversary next year I believe). it will come, though, and it will be for PS3.
The game's story is out as well, and will focus mainly on Sora and Riku, also Riku will be a character you can play in the gameplay. There is even a trailer for the game in the secret ending of KH: Deam Drop Distance, which has a connection with the upcoming game.
There is something I don't get. People (not everyone) say that they want KH3 on the PS4. So, there's a PS3 out, which is a great system, and has a great price, and you want a game system that'll probably be out for maybe $700+ at the time to be the only supporter of a great game that you've waited 7-10 years for. And then you dumb bastards complain about how there are too many systems that cost you too much money. What happened to common sense? Has it gone down the shitter? Obviously it has.
KH3 has not come out yet.. 2012 will be the Anniversary Of Kingdom Hearts, and there are rumors of KH3 being said to release 2013-2014. They have been completeing the background information to make KH3 . Play all of the KH games and you will understand, they are giving information on what is to come. I recommend it, they are very good story lines with knowledge for the game.

@WilliamNiira I know KH3 will not come out next year. But Sony announced that they want the PS3 to have a 10-year life. Obviously they are developing the PS4, but it's highly unlikely that it's going to come out soon. Think about it. The PS3 was a failure for a long period of time after it came out. But now the PS3 is actually doing good. It's way too early for a new system. I wouldn't be surprised if Microsoft released a new system though.

@bikram1122, My baby brother who is an adult now had an issue with XBOX 360's "Ring Of Death" electronic malfunctions. What you have buddy is the XBOX 360 Arcade console machine which I plan to get, and every hard gamer needs to get. After my baby bro got this baby there were no more "Ring Of Death" problems Microsoft new the issue and solved it. He has cool games on his XBOX 360, PS3, and Wii. I love that Tatsonaku vs. Capcom fighitng game on the Wii. PS4 and 360 Batman:Arkham Asylum and City.
@MrKevinlclayjr I actually now have a PS3. I've never once played it, but I have it. I bought it off my friend. It's the old one, and it has full PS2 backwards compatibility. I don't have a Wii though.
@bikram1122, You are blessed buddy to have the original PS3 which, I already knew was backwards compatible with the PS2 and it should be to be a machine that is 1,000,000,000 times faster, more powerful, and more advanced than the second Playstation system and the 1995 original. The XBOX 360 is backwards compatible with the original XBOX games it can play game from the original 2001 system. So, you don't have a Wii well you don't have to own one if you don't desire one bikram.
@MrKevinlclayjr That's true. Now that I think of it, I've never actually wanted a Wii. I'm not sure about the WiiU either. Also, I love my PS3. Such a good system. I still love my Xbox though. I'm not sure if I ever plan on getting a 3DS. I think the only game I want for it is Kingdom Hearts 3D.
@bikram1122, If you enjoy the PS3 and your XBOX 360 be happy with those two systems. The Wii has great games on it but alot of the games on it are childish kiddie games and hard gamers are not interested in those Mario kiddie games. Sonic The Hedgehog has come out with some EPIC games!!! I'm a big Mario and Sonic fan they are Sega and Nintendo's legend mascot icons. If you did get a Nintendo 3DS bikram1122 Kingdom Hearts 3D wouldn't be the only game.
@bikram1122, two other games that I can think of that have made Nintendo 3DS look real good man is Donkey Kong Country 3D, and Super Street Fighter IV:3D Edition. We have Street Fighter 4, Super Street Fighter 4, and Super Street Fighter 4: Arcade Edition all for Playstation 3. Capcom and Namco bikram1122 are developing Streeet Fighter x Tekken, and Tekken x Street Fighter. No go ahead and like what you like not everybody is down with the Wii console buddy.

Yes I always go for the deals obvosly, but they are obvosly not going to drop the price on a new game that just came out to be used already. I don't nesesarly mind waiting tho, but once you wait so long, there is already the sequal to that game you were going to buy.... I din't diss your system now did I? @Dragonk116 exactly, the fact that it is shifting from system to system means that die hard KH fans who only have one console feel the need to buy other consoles just to play kingdom hearts. But yes, Tetsuya does have a brilliant mind and the fact that he has created such a wonderful story and such an inspiring game series shows this. Whether he is able to do this again after the Xehanort saga is another matter, but I have no doubt that he will, even if the story is without Sora after KH3.

@GirlsReyna Yeah, that trailer you just described confuses a lot of people. It may say Kingdom Hearts 3, but it isn't. As for the trailer of KH3, I can't say. They aren't even making that game yet. The team making Final Fantasy Versus 13 is also the team that is going to make KH3. The thing is though, Versus 13 is not done yet, so because of that game, KH3 isn't in development. We may have to wait quite a bit longer. Hopefully next year we can get some info on KH3.

Don't worry guys; It will soon be finished. They announced Kingdom Hearts 3D for NDS, and if you remember chain of memories for GBA, you also remember KH2 coming out a while after that. KH3D will be just another messenger to the gaming-community :D They also explained, that in KH3D Riku and Sora undergo some kind of training to become fullfledged Keyblade Warriors, so why training if there won't be a 3rd part? So it is a promise, that we don't have to wait much longer, if the mayans were wrong!

Yes there will be a KH 3 but unfortunately no release date. In an interview with Tetsuya Nomura (The mastermind behind KH), when he was asked about Xehanort in KH 3D he said that the game will focus on Sora's and Riku's training to become a key-blade master and some hidden data inside of Sora. Then after this he said that the Xehanort saga will end with Kingdom Hearts 3, so even if it is not in production just yet, Square Enix is planning it and will most defiantly happen. Spread the word.

for the love of fuck, thirteen final fantisies and the last console kingdom hearts game being kingdom herts 2. Square Enix need to lay off final fantasy and create a kingdom hearts on ps3 and xbox. The reason kingdom hearts is going downhill is because all of them since kh2 have either been on ds or psp, the latest one coming out is on the 3ds (dream drop distance), the ds and psp aren't bad consoles but they can't release kingdom heart's full potential.

@oblivion9923 What is different between the 2 Oathkeepers? I can't really answer that. The most I know is that the Keychain Token is of Kairi's good luck charm. However, in Castle Oblivion, Kairi's good luck charm is replaced by a trinket which seems to symbolize Namine.

KH 3 is officially going to be made, but it's not coming out in a few years since Tetsuya Nomura wanted to focus on the new Final Fantasy which will come (anniversary next year I believe). it will come, though, and it will be for PS3.
The game's story is out as well, and will focus mainly on Sora and Riku, also Riku will be a character you can play in the gameplay. There is even a trailer for the game in the secret ending of KH: Deam Drop Distance, which has a connection with the upcoming game.

KH3 has not come out yet.. 2012 will be the Anniversary Of Kingdom Hearts, and there are rumors of KH3 being said to release 2013-2014. They have been completeing the background information to make KH3 . Play all of the KH games and you will understand, they are giving information on what is to come. I recommend it, they are very good story lines with knowledge for the game.

Obviously they are developing the PS4, but it's highly unlikely that it's going to come out soon. Think about it. The PS3 was a failure for a long period of time after it came out. But now the PS3 is actually doing good. It's way too early for a new system. I wouldn't be surprised if Microsoft released a new system though.

@rur0un1x, First of all buddy that is unethical, unconstitutional, and biast to speak about Microsoft that way. Microsoft is one of the longest, largest, and most successful computer company businesses in the world. Bill Gates is a Trillionaire he designed the XBOX game machines that started in 2001 and the sequel came out in 2005 if I'm not mistaken. Kingdom Hearts would look EPIC!!! on XBOX 360 not just on Playstation 4. As bikram said, Sony doesn't own Kingdom Hearts SqureEnix and Disney ds.

@bikram1122, My baby brother who is an adult now had an issue with XBOX 360's "Ring Of Death" electronic malfunctions. What you have buddy is the XBOX 360 Arcade console machine which I plan to get, and every hard gamer needs to get. After my baby bro got this baby there were no more "Ring Of Death" problems Microsoft new the issue and solved it. He has cool games on his XBOX 360, PS3, and Wii. I love that Tatsonaku vs. Capcom fighitng game on the Wii. PS4 and 360 Batman:Arkham Asylum and City.

@MrKevinlclayjr I actually now have a PS3. I've never once played it, but I have it. I bought it off my friend. It's the old one, and it has full PS2 backwards compatibility. I don't have a Wii though.

@bikram1122, You are blessed buddy to have the original PS3 which, I already knew was backwards compatible with the PS2 and it should be to be a machine that is 1,000,000,000 times faster, more powerful, and more advanced than the second Playstation system and the 1995 original. The XBOX 360 is backwards compatible with the original XBOX games it can play game from the original 2001 system. So, you don't have a Wii well you don't have to own one if you don't desire one bikram.

@MrKevinlclayjr That's true. Now that I think of it, I've never actually wanted a Wii. I'm not sure about the WiiU either. Also, I love my PS3. Such a good system. I still love my Xbox though. I'm not sure if I ever plan on getting a 3DS. I think the only game I want for it is Kingdom Hearts 3D.

@bikram1122, If you enjoy the PS3 and your XBOX 360 be happy with those two systems. The Wii has great games on it but alot of the games on it are childish kiddie games and hard gamers are not interested in those Mario kiddie games. Sonic The Hedgehog has come out with some EPIC games!!! I'm a big Mario and Sonic fan they are Sega and Nintendo's legend mascot icons. If you did get a Nintendo 3DS bikram1122 Kingdom Hearts 3D wouldn't be the only game.

@bikram1122, two other games that I can think of that have made Nintendo 3DS look real good man is Donkey Kong Country 3D, and Super Street Fighter IV:3D Edition. We have Street Fighter 4, Super Street Fighter 4, and Super Street Fighter 4: Arcade Edition all for Playstation 3. Capcom and Namco bikram1122 are developing Streeet Fighter x Tekken, and Tekken x Street Fighter. No go ahead and like what you like not everybody is down with the Wii console buddy.

@SEGANextGen2012, Sega will not call their next new console Dreamcast 2. They were originally going with the idea for a Sega Dreamcast 2 after the 2 or 3 year success of the original Dreamcast in 1999 12 years ago. The official name after reading this online was Sega 3D. Now that's something new, fresh, and what video gamers are craving to see.

@AgentxOfxChaos, Playstation 3 does not have a better graphics card and better net service than the 360. The Playstation Network does have a free online gaming service that you don't have to pay like you do on the XBOX Live. One thing that XBOX Live has that Playstation Network doesn't is the continuous internet online hacking that was costing Sony major millions.
