There was talk of a GSD sequel movie, but it's been in development hell for years and years. Probably won't happen now.
@WheresMyPho there's only compilation of episodes, the SEED movies actually planned long time ago, the plot is available but it's in indefinite hold since the writer (or producer kinda forgot) get in cancer (i think or some serious illness) so they release the 00 movies first. just hope the writer get better soon so we can get a movies!

There is no update nor talk about a new season, as a fan of GS, and GSD i would love another season of this anime, but its highly unlikely. Lots of parts are missing, but we do see a clip of what happens to each character in this video, but would be nice if more was added. Honestly I never enjoyed the Gundam00 series, it wasnt as good as GS, and GSD.

Did anyone else notice what Athrun was wearing? That looks to me like an Orb uniform? Hopefully if they make more of the show Athrun does end up with Cagalli they're my favorite pairing.
@star2me The director himself went to the trouble explaining that despite the massive amount of confusion near the end of the series, Athrun does return to Cagalli and apparently the Meyrin thing was just a sideshow of some sort. He intended the Orb uniform and the AMV's he released to be a sort of evidence of this.

@GundamSeedFan1000 i dont think it was the writer that died i heard that his wife had cancer that is why the movie was stopped in production. There is no update nor talk about a new season, as a fan of GS, and GSD i would love another season of this anime, but its highly unlikely. Lots of parts are missing, but we do see a clip of what happens to each character in this video, but would be nice if more was added. Honestly I never enjoyed the Gundam00 series, it wasnt as good as GS, and GSD.

Fucking White Shirt Kira is over powered man.... jeez. Ok so we got Kira and Lacus to make look after Zaft, Athrun and Cagalli to look after Orb and as for the Earth Alliance I dont know...
Well anyways if theres ever a new threat, we got the Strike Freedom, Infinite Justice, Destiny, Akatsuki, Impulse, Strike Rouge, Murusami, and ORB to stop it. And possible Zaft as well.
Only possible threat can be from Earth Alliance now.

@XxDarkDavidxX This is true and after Destiny, the Earth Alliance like lost 70% of their entire fleet and their moon base. So they arent a super power anymore. Mabey like you said a rebillion may occur or some new military faction may arise with both Zaft and Earth Alliance in it.

It's 2011 and there has not been a peep from the porducers, about the making of this moive. So don't get your hopes up too high. I don't even think they will make a movie, I would love it id they did.

Did anyone else notice what Athrun was wearing? That looks to me like an Orb uniform? Hopefully if they make more of the show Athrun does end up with Cagalli they're my favorite pairing.

@star2me The director himself went to the trouble explaining that despite the massive amount of confusion near the end of the series, Athrun does return to Cagalli and apparently the Meyrin thing was just a sideshow of some sort. He intended the Orb uniform and the AMV's he released to be a sort of evidence of this.

@MoglersS same here but think about it the 00 movie from what my friend says make their gundams the best ever and the strongest. Pretty much they gave them the key things to god mode and everything. And think about so many people love 00 because of the gundams used and the way they work. So how would they top the stuff they did in that movie in a seed movie??
