Turn up the volume and listen. The news person says that it was raining and as the cop hit his brakes, the truck slid. You can kind of see the tire tracks and they're not in a line. I doubt the cop wanted to hit the guy so severely.
Whether he should have pulled his possibly broken arms behind him to cuff is another matter...
I know this is far useless to discuss now since its so long ago, but simplicity beats complexity, and I'm sure no one with a mind thats incapable of reasoning will digest what you've just said and will instead play the blame game on either Texas/Texans, police, or America.
