Why do ppl defend Smith sitting with Warren & use Jesus sat with Sinners, yet U say Warren is 'a brother in the Lord?' Can't be the same. He's either a Sinner unsaved and Smith is giving him the Gospel, or Warren is a WOLF & Smith is a deceived sheep or ...dare I...a wolf as well? Rick states he's had a 20+ year relationship w/ Laurie (that means Smith as well) so his own mouth confessed the leaven has set in. PDL is NOT doctrinally sound. Rick is not preaching Salvation in Christ alone at Davos

Christians, especially new ones, will think this new age doctrine is okay and will be deceived like MANY other "christians" already are. People call themselves christians but believe there are many paths to God. If there eyes are not opened to the truth they WILL go to hell for eternity. i truly believe there are just a very very few pastors left that speak truth and are not deceived ....too bad we lost david wilkerson...but he lives on thru his messages, he spoke out against this type of thing...never fearing...only trusting the Lord.

I attended CC Ft. Lauderdale, still go from time to time for my brother who is a babe in Christ and was saved there. Bob Coy is OK, but when I learned about Chuck here, I was livid.

It pays to dig and study for yourself, unfortunately they are some who embrace Smith and his twisting of the scripture for dear life.

I attended a CC where the Sr.Pastor denounced Rick Warren, KNEW about this Harvest appearance, and NEVER rebuked PapaSmith and went further in always speaking highly of Chuck Smith and other ECUMENICAL pastors such as Billy Graham. Some CC Sr.Pastors have a loyalty to Smith that is idolatrous, it's sick, and it's delusion 101.

@mijadedios I have been praying about confronting my pastor about this. We just did that about other pastor's introduction of David Yonggi Cho's false teachings at a mission's meeting. Surprisingly (and this is the first time this has ever happened in ANY ministry) they thanked us for seeing this and corrected the pastor involved. I know they think that they are immune to any false teachings, which is very dangerous.

@mijadedios have you ever met pastor chuck sis? i have manytimes as i have been going to cccm for over 30 years and chuck is no pope nor wants any of that for himself. chuck goes thru the Bible book by book and then starts all over again any differences you may see as being in error would be only your demoninations leadings and that has led to so much division amoung the body of our Lord. chuck loves the Lord and serves Him by lifting up Jesus so your comment doesnt make much sense to me?

@eph112joephil I sat in CCCM for 20 years. The teaching of CC drove me OUT of the church! By Gods grace I am now a Lutheran for 14 years. Law separated from Gospel. Chuck still doesn't preach and teach the difference. In non denominationalism,"Free Will" is lord. For the Record to those who may be new here: I do not endorse John MacArthur, I've never heard him teach ever, I do know he's Calvanist so I stay away. I do appreciate Paul Washer's teaching, I've favorited the ones that I like. I'm aware of his yolking with John Piper who is a Calvanist so I'm aware and I continue to test what Paul Washer teaches. I do not listen to him religiously although I've heard several of his teachings,and all were Biblical. Nice try Radical--but so wrong on that one.

There needs to be a correction. If someone gets Saved. They Get Saved via the Holy Spirit by hearing the Word of God, not because of a man or his crusades. What are you talking about? People hear the gospel at crusades that is their purpose, it is biblical to preach to unsaved people. In Rom 10 it says how can the believe if no one preaches to them. What bible do you read from, where people can get saved outside of the gospel or not hearing about Christ. So what if someone says the sinners prayer and doesn't believe it, what about all the others that do. Jesus healed 10 lepers one day and only 1 came back to thank him, he didnt stop healing lepers

@mijadedios no one ever said that the Holy Spirit wasn't involved in Salvation. Yes faith comes from hearing the word of God Rom 10:17 it is why God uses people to preach his word. How can the believe unless a preacher is sent. Rom 10:14-15 Paul preached to large crowds as does Laurie etc. it is biblical. God confirms his word when it is preached and even Paul talked about people preaching the gosple with wrong motives and he said, it was still a good thing b/c the gospel was being preached.

No one said, Jesus wasn't the savior that is what they are preaching. God uses men to preach the gospel, it is called the great commision, Phillip, Paul etc. all saw large groups of people saved as a result of their preaching.
