I live in north central NJ.I dont think all black people are lazy.I wont go as far as saying most bc in the end I dont know.But from my OWN personal experience they mostly are.At the core I think it stems from a breakdown of family values.That translates to alot of kids walking around without fathers or good male role models.I think that if black people were capable of breaking down this cultural travesty, in the end, they would succeed in bringing themselves up.

I learned to take everyone on a case by case situation, as opposed to stereotyping everyone as White/Black/etc. Same with Filipinos; before that me and Asians did not get along much at all but I learned a lot about people with Filipinos. All it takes is for someone to reach across the aisle and take a genuine interest in someone else. But no one ever does that because everyone is xenophobic and hates that which they do not understand. Everyone is dealing with the same shit in life.

This Jew I could not stand that got under my skin was real cool at the end of the day because she went that extra mile with me that other Whites absolutely refused to do. I had to respect it. In any other situation I never would have had anything to do with her but we were co-workers and as much of a pain in the ass as she was initially we got to know each other and she wasn't as bad of a person as she came across as being. Blacks aren't lazy.  What happened with Black people is that we work too hard, at the wrong things. We work hard, but we don't work smart. If we were lazy we never would have been enslaved to begin with. But we work too hard at the wrong things. Blacks would work for 40 years in a menial job to have a good lifestyle. Whites, if they did work that job, would save and invest that money and retire rich. Blacks would be retired, but have to count pennies. Just my 2 cents, from a Black man.

I think the way our society is today can tell you alot about people.
