Use pokemon trainer, charizards -> B is brutal against bosses, and if you can roll from the rays of the "butterfly attack" then the boss should be fairly easy

pit is a really good character to use in this fight so is peach falco zelda and sonic but pit is best to start out with except first you should get some practice first to get used to him. i beat tabuu on my first try, he defeated 3 of my characters out of 6, i think i did pretty good

I can not defeat Tabuu in Boss Battle mode on Very Hard or Intense. As soon as he uses that intense shockwave, I get sent flying off the screen no matter how much damage I took (even at 0%).

@NejiHyuga900 You can use the shield but the way you dodge the waves depends on timing. Have the shield on and when you see the actual waves coming then you do the spot dodging (the move where you dodge but you're still standing at that spot), sheild *see another wave coming* ,spot dodge

I sold my Wii and the game with it so it's been quite a looong time....ubt Iv'e beaten the game several times....basically Tabuu was the one who started the entire madness in the SSB world.....all the characters being converted into trophies was his work.....in short he wanted to control the SSB universe.....and keep the strongest fighters as his own trophies for himself, as an example that the strongest warriors were not able to beat him

Tabuu isn't from any game. Tabuu is from Super Smash Bros. Brawl. If you've played the game, The Ancient Minister sets off subspace bombs. The subspace bombs are there for Tabuu's strength. That's why when you defeat Tabuu all of the subspace areas are gone.
