  • im so confused,,how about the mesurements and the cooking procedure????

  • I do not know if this will work for anyone else, but I dropped them by large tablespoonsful on a baking sheet and baked them at 250 degrees Fahrenheit for 35 minutes. Then, I left them in the oven for another 20 minutes. They were crisp on the outside, but still white, and not overly brown. You may want to play with this yourself to see how you like them best.

  • Baking is the most important part of the recipe. There are many ways to bake them (closed oven, open oven, dry near heat source etc) and the temperature is crucial. For all you people who want to cook this, try lowest temp possible - they turn brown/burn really fast. Sure it takes alot of time, but they're delicious. ;D

I didn't find this helpfull at all, sorry.

  • Ingredients

    3 egg whites $

    1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar

    1/8 teaspoon salt $

    1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla extract $

    1/2 cup superfine sugar

    HAPPY?!

  • This shit is nasssttyyyy D: the Mexicans I first tried this from either made it nasty or I just don't like meringue :/

  • You would think that a HOW TO video would atleast say the measurements. I guess some people can really screw up the easiest things. X_X

  • ermmm it would kinda help by telling us how long to cook them for instead of saying visit the recipie website wich you go onto and it sais bake as directed in recipie well you are the recipe you stupid white poo :L

  • white poop

  • These were very good !!! my 6 yr old even helped me . they were so easy to make, She gives a link highlighted in blue above for the measurments ect.

Dont shoot the messenger, But we loved them I am letting them dry out over night so they will be crispy, thet way I like them, And you can use half a teaspoon od lemon juice or half a tsp. of vinegar if there is no cream of tartar. hope that helps.

  • can i use something else instead of Cream of tartar.. i don't think we have it here in sweden haven't found it yet.. eitherway

  • this video was not even a help

  • Have you guys even read the description the recipe is right there! /facepalm

  • @Sajmonwins Yes, but the recipe doesn't even give an estimate on how long you should bake them. *facepalm*

  • bake according to the recipe directions?

    what recipe directions?

YOU are giving us the recipe!

  • why you need to cool them off on a wire rack? is there any difference if you dont?

  • This looooooooks supperrrrr yummy XD

  • Risultato O R R E N D O!! (horrible result !!)

  • warning: bowl and mixer should be absolutely 100% clean and fat free, and the egg white must pure, 100% pure egg white. A metal bowl is easier to clean and check. And pre heat the oven at 180 Celcius. Time depends on size of the cookies, but 15 min. should do the trick. But like always, check what's happening when you're cooking.

  • Can i still do this without the wax paper?

  • @ekisrayos Yeah you can but the bottom sticks...

  • How are they cookies?

  • wat lse woud u call them?

  • @BloodyGaaraOfSand I just simply call them meringues! :)

  • nice video, but it would kinda help if you told us the measurements for each ingrediant.....

  • Im wondering why she said "according to the recipe directions" when she is the one giving us the recipe.

Think it would be savvy just to say "until the meringues are crisp". less confusing.

And yes, why not give measurements (im thinking who ever ripped this must have recorded the last half)

  • @Seyahhsod u have to get the recipes from the discription........lol ima year late:P

  • i just noticed that the actual recipe is posted in the info column on the right x]

  • oh ok thanks lol i feel so stupid
