yeah with a modded PC version of SF4, if someone play sf4 more than 3 games he notice that supers cost 4 stocks, not 1 stock, and ryu super doesnt produce crumple.
Try this in "XBL" like he said and tell me your results...
@HFB you're fucking retarded look up in the upper left corner, FPS, you only get that on the PC version when you activate the FPS counter....and the huge fraps thing on the top as well as the NO background because it's turned off O_o plus the reason you cant do it is because you have the super meter set to infinite, meaning that jackass who thinks you can use it on XBL is just retarded and doesn't realize you can ONLY do it in training mode
meh chun li can do as much damage in 1 combo without using 16 bars
