  • sounds are from the camera, it vibrate!!!

  • the fuck is up with the noise?

  • lada is faster :P

  • This engine looks like shit after 4500 RPM...

  • @Boss1186 really? did you see the engine at 4500 rpm?

  • @wurzelsepp678 Yes, one of my schoolmate bought this thing! Seriously look at the digital tachometer you can see the difference between before and after 4500 RPM! :) euh j'suis français!! j'compren pa tou en anglais! mdr

  • @Boss1186 ok, then you already saw the engine :D

  • That's slow as

  • @sodazman as fuck xD

  • Rangies are suppose to go off-roading not outright speed. But for this case, the Evoque is meant for city driving and yet capable off-roader. Who cares about flat out speed in this one?

  • The Smart brabus is faster at 0-60 than that lol

  • The car in this clip was driven in "manual" mode, which is the only mode with the gear position indicator.

  • Why is there an ugly B-Class Merc advert before this vid ?

  • This could be much faster.... It's a DIESEL ffs. Shift SOONER!

Look how relieved the engine is when changing gear at way too high rpm and then shifting to 5th. The noise is coming from mirrors, they are kinda big, and so is the car.

Allot of people here who think speed and acceleration are so important with these type of vehicles... Ridiculous.

  • @nilzr1 Man... that car is equipped with automatic gearbox...and You just failed.

  • @adamuspapam Explain the fail? Automatic gearbox will never shift the way diesel is supposed to. Especially when in S mode, it will run every RPM down the line while

actually, shifting at 2500/3000 RPM will maintain the torque.

So when accelerating, use manual shifting (even if you have automatic)

And then again, explain the fail?

  • @nilzr1 the best rpm's to change the gear are not the same for every diesel. That is the part where U have failed ;] i drive a diesel myself, turbocharged, best rpm's are from 2,500 where turbo boosts in to 5,100 where it ends up boosting. Red line is from 5,600. So? Not in every diesel shifting on super low rpm's maintains the torque - really do some research ;] everything depends on how big the diesel engine is, torque curve etc etc.... and 2nd - dont change smth that is set by pro's.

  • @adamuspapam "Everything depends on how big the diesel engine is"

    We're talking about 4 cilinder 2.2l... In a SUV-small jeep?

When talking about diesel EVERYTHING depends on turbo's.

I don't need to do research. Thanks.

Oh and btw, this engine has 2 turbo's.

And just for the record, 2500rpm is too late, small turbo starts at 1750-1900 rpm (sometimes even earlier depending on single or twin)

    Please don't waist your time.

  • che chiodo!

  • Hahaha

  • Cadavere

  • From 4:00 it's started to go downhill

  • Is that wind noise from the mirrors or the Evoque have an upset tummy at high speed? Sounds like a U-boat in deep water - pressure noise.

  • who expects high top speed from a Range Rover is an idiot. Sorry for that. :X

  • a bit disappointed in this diesel engine. Should've slapped in a 3.0 v6 or the v8 tdi

  • @bonjourq

Maybe sixth gear is just an override in order to reduce the fuel consumption so they operated the automatic gearbox manually in order to reach the maximum speed in fifth.

  • Jesus christ people, it's a 4 cylinder diesel, what do you expect? GT-R like acceleration!?

  • @CarbineGuy nope but it has a turbo charger! it doesn't have to be so slow like that!

  • @SrSal92 Just because it's turbocharged doesn't mean it'll do 0-60 in under 4 seconds, again it's a diesel, and it isn't a very light car.

  • Can it get any slower ?

  • can you a Cadillac CTS-V Top Speed Vid. ? i wanna see how fast it is.

  • hhhhhhh consomme bcp é le bruit du titanic quand il a craké hhhhhhhhhh

  • fucking slow and drinks more than me

  • @metra46 pretty sure all cars will drink more than u

  • 190 ch/hp and only 204 so hard....The air doesn\t like this car for sure...

  • 27.7 lt/100 km... O_o

  • tres tres lent et consomme du 20 lite au cent a +- 200 km/h. dire que j'ai failli craquer et en acheter un

  • Where is the microphone attached? It does sound like I'm in a box in the back seat. Please fix the sound recording. Or, maybe let us viewers listen to some other mic places.

  • nice shit

  • 206? meh

  • LANGWEILIG! :o(

    Null Sound, null Vortrieb.

Gibt so viel aufregendere Autos ...

  • OK When it goes to 200 km/h wake me up plz THNKS

  • Une bonne reprog la dessus !

  • Anyone notice how much gas he went through? The gas gauge went down at least two gallons or so.

  • needs a remap!!!!!!

  • Luuoogzxmwakpy

  • This car makes realy nice cracking sound

  • from 0:50 it's starting to sound like the Titanic breaking

  • @MariusArtenie that's the reason why the Titanic sink.. they build a range rover engine in the Titanic..

  • Full Throttle? lol

  • @AAB3958 This is a SUV, what did you expect?^^

I would NEVER ever buy a SUV

  • My dear @SkywalkerXXL , I absolutely agree with what you wrote, but I want to remember you that this is not a normal SUV. This is a huge gay lunch box on 4 wheels...

  • @lerro93 and what do you drive mr. straight macho guy? nissan micra?

  • @SkywalkerXXL no man there is fast SUVs out there! like the BMW X5M for example, it goes from 0-60 in 4.5 seconds!‏

  • @AAB3958 Call it "Fast" or whatever.

Imagine the same engine in a 1300kg Car, instead of 2300kg, THAT would be fast.

  • @SkywalkerXXL E46 330d (204hp) year of production starting 2003 - will kill that :)

  • 106 xsi? you mean a coffin with wheels?

  • Ca râme, et ça a les meme perf que ma 106 xsi !!
