  • @ScorpionKing I am 26 and recentky I started to lose excessive hair which worried e a lot.. One of my friends told me about the hair loss treatment at the site HairLoss101. net (remove space) and how it had worked for her hair loss. She told me to try it and I did.. After a month of use my hair fall out has reduced.. :)) Glad it worked for me also..

  • your hair really looked nice, when you rolled it did you have to use a setting lotion and did you sit under the dryer? with the seran wrap how did you curl it

  • @chocolateladybug15.....Thank you so much. Yes I do use setting lotion for my roller sets. At the time of this video I used Motions Foam wrap lotion, wrap my entire head with seran wrap, then sit under a hooded dryer for 10 min. I don't need to curl my hair after the seran wrap treatment bacause for the entire week my hair will remain bouncy, soft, full of body and curl.

  • UR HAIR IS VERY HEALTHY ALOT OF PPLE THINK THAT IF THEIR ISNT LONG THEN IT CANT BE HEALTHY IM GLAD UR PROVING THEM WRONG =]

  • @JUiiCeDSHASHEE ...Thank you so much and you are so true. I would rather have short healthy hair than long hair down my back that is unhealthy. It's taking me a while to get the length but the health is what comes first in my book. Glad you enjoyed:)

  • girl i relaxed as well after a year. The things i learned while i was natural i apply to my relaxed hair as well. And i notice growth like crazy. And who the hell ever said relaxed sistas cant grow their hair long? Doesnt matter because i know plenty females whose hair growed at the same rate as well as mine. Good luck on your hair journey and i wish you and your hair the best :)

  • @temickab thank you so much and you are so true that both naturals and relaxed sistas can have healthy hair.

  • i agree i love to see a relaxed hair journey the hair is so healthy and beutiful...keep posting

  • a backlash to the backlash....interesting.

  • good luck on ur HJ!!! i like the mesh rollers too;)

  • @hairspeaks ..Yes mesh are the best!!!

  • did the style in 1:21 wit rollers? that is sooo cute =D

  • @jazzyddrummagurl .....yes and thank you. it was right after my roller set.

  • your hair looks very healthy what type of relaxer do u use and how often do u relax ur hair

  • @MelissaB71 ...Thank you so much. Right now I have been using Nairobi sensitive relaxer since January 2010 and have never looked back. I tried to relax my hair only 4x a year(spring, summer, fall and winter) but that did not last, so now im between 7-9 weeks ill get a touch up.

  • i like your video. i plan to get a bob soon & start my relaxed hair journey too. i just always mess up in the summer between going to the pool or beach :( your video helped alot though!

  • @Shakaraaa Congrats on starting your journey. The summer time is one of the best times for my hair growth because of the warmth. Have you considered protective styles for the summer while you are swimming, like micro braids, kinky twists or a sew in?

  • at 1:07 OMG I love that pcture, those layer cuts are so neat and beautiful!

  • @myronmlawing thank you, I am now trying to grow out my layers, and I miss them:(

  • ur hair looks nice and healthy.....for now. But if u continue to use relaxers over the years and have long healthy thick hair...then congrats in advance lol

  • @blackbutterfly85100 thank you, trying to keep it healthy while still using relaxers is a job and a half, lol

  • your hair looks so healthy.. i jus started my hair journey

  • @Ahkiahshontise Congradulations on the start of your journey;) Keep me updated

  • DO HENNA MAKE YOU HAIR JET BLACK

  • @DjamilaMakeupLover

I MEAN DOES HENNA MAKE YOUR HAIR JET BLACK

  • @DjamilaMakeupLover ...oh no, henna is a brown or red shade. amla powder or indigo makes your hair darker

  • I never were my hair out even when i have relaxed hair. I have been natural for a year and a half until this morning. I have my hair layered and due to migraines I wanted to let go of the half wigs for awhile until it gets too warm for my hair to hold a curl. I just don't want it to loose the health I gained during the natural process.

  • beautiful progress.. and u veryyyy pretty .. omg i love your smile!! =]

  • aw thankx sis

  • same bdayy oo shuxx lol

    well i was suppose 2 b born on da 23 but 24

  • @kandies87 AQUARIUS!!!! GO GIRL:)

  • beautiful im also doing a hair jorney which i am not only growing long relaxed hair but caring for it too!

  • wonderful girl, im hoping to gain some length as well

  • you are making good progress as your hair has grown. I believe relaxed and natural hair are both beautiful however I relax mine 2 to 3 times a year as i find it easier to take care that way. I thinks it's personal prefremce.

  • Thank yo so much, and i think that i want to soon become a seasonal relaxer...like only relax on the first day of spring, summer, fall and winter..

  • where do i get those mesh rollers from?

  • i bet you can get them at any beauty supply store, they have wire mesh rollers too!!

  • so can hair still grow and be healthy even though you relax it..

  • well with me being natural before and relaxed most of my life i believe it is all how you take care of your hair. i do miss my natural locks. but i have finally found a balance w/ my new regimen and my hair hardly ever breaks now:)

  • ok i need help. i didnt have a relaxer for 2 years and my hair isn't necessarily fine but it breaks easliy. my mother and i are trying to do this natural tea tree and jojoba oil but i dont see anything yet. im taking vitamins but my hair gets soo tight and i need to find a at home relaxer. im out of a job so the hair salon is out of the question. sorry for the length. PLEASE RESPND QUICKLY lol

  • well hello...as soon as you get the time just wet your whole head.....if your hair is spongy, too soft and breaks too easy then you need more protein...on the other hand if your hair is crispy, dull and breaks because it feels like straw then you need moisture. a great moisturizing conditioner is lustrasilk shea butter conditioner. As you see for protein i LOVE summit MEND. Try a mild relaxer just to keep your hair's strength...any more questions let me know>hope this helps:)

  • I think I am going to join the challenge too

  • ;) yea

  • girl your hair looked so good after the seran wrap i thought you was wearin a quick weave or sumthing.lol..but i loving ur hair!

  • @MzVan21 girl thank you. and at the beauty supply store ppl would ask what wig was i wearing. its too black it looks fake, lol.

  • good luck on your journey, nice progress. wish me luck i'm on mine too

  • ur ends are real healthy, its nice to see someone showin a relaxed hair journey....its ok to be relaxed and takin good care of it

  • thankx hun, i try to keep my ends up but my HAIR is so fine it breaks easily. I may have to switch relaxers. Any ideas of a relaxer that is better for fine , delicate hair??? my hair will snap if you look at it wrong, lol.

  • love ur hair it reminds me a lot of my own hair what is ur hair type cuz my hair is semi coarse but after my relaxer it fine and somewhat limp also very fragile

  • thankx, my hair is 4a/b/c...... its 4 something mix. It is actually very fine and thin but i guess the number of hairs makes it look fuller, my hair can not hold a curl for anything!!!! I have to use lottabody in order to have curls to hold but i hate setting lotion. My hair is also very weak so i frequently co-wash and henna to keep it somewhat from breaking.

  • considering all of these "natural hair" and "loc journey" videos on YT ... this is a funny vid.

    NICE

  • cute!

  • thank ya

  • it is very healthy

    HHG

  • oh thank you, but its super fine...easy to break, im trying to thicken it up a bit....

  • 100% pure castor oil is a great thickener

  • I'll be waiting for it (smile)

  • I have some of those rollers (mesh) and i can't use them to save my life, i don't know where to put the pins to keep it tight.lol

  • oh they are too easy!!!! just go through a hole at the top and lever them throught the roller against your head...i know it sounds crazy but i will have a vid comming up soon. I need a better camera.

  • you hair really has grown, keep it up. i also like the highlights

  • thank you so much, i miss my red highlights!!! but they dried my ends out something horrible.

  • great vid!

  • thankx mami, waiting you get to your length soon

  • im glad i found this i was looking for a way to grow my hair without going natural

  • thank you, it takes patience sista. im still wishing for bra strap length

  • Do you miss your hair napptural?
