Go to Israel itself or just look in any encyclopedia. Also all of the groups you named sefardics mixing with are native to Israel, lebanon, or syria and appart from hittites are semites. Also the sephardic-ashkenazic ethnic division didn't start until well after those groups had been assimilated into others.
