Keep an eye on your form. The squats, lunges, and rows in particular. Dumbbell complexes are great but don't jeopardize form just to cut a few seconds off. Keep your forward heel planted to the ground on all lunges to prevent unnecessary stress on your knees. Sit back into your squats as well. From seeing the video your quads are taking most of the load, instead of a balance throughout the legs, especially your posterior chain. If you have any questions, let me know. Keep working hard
5'7", 180, just killed this (successfully completed)workout with 28s (in the desert with no warmup). - This workout looks easy: IT'S NOT - I train complexes often so I was able to complete but this is not for the untrained. - It was a little hard to remember so I wrote it down: 20 overhead press, alternate 10 fwd lunges, alternate 10 slightly bent over rows 10 squats (dbs hanging) 10 curls 10 reverse split legs push presses 30 jumps HAVE FUN!
