Before Babytard even talked on camera, before Rocktard,and before they moved 4times when they still lived in little town Idaho) If you knew how to read you'd see that I was saying that I don't mind that mommytard got a boobjob it's her body her choice. Boobs get saggy when you breast feed. It's the fact of life. Mommytard is beautiful. I do enjoy youtube. So stop going around accusing people of things.

  • We did almost this same workout routine when I was in drill team (dance team, same thing) accept you can make it go on for 30-45 minutes. This brought back memories and I think I should start doing those old workouts again after 4 years.

  • I'd also like to comment that having these videos for people who are ashamed to go to the gym and fitness classes are sooo beneficial. I feel I can just let loose without someone looking at me and judging! :)

  • I just finished it. Although I only did 9 minutes worth it still made me pant a little. Can't wait to learn this and do it on a regular.   • This was actually really helpful. I do it every day now and it really helps get your heart pumping and it doesn't take too long so it's easy to work it into your daily schedule. Thanks for this. Hopefully you'll be doing more like this?

  • And if one wanted to work out in the early morning (before work or just because), what's a good elongated warm up? I don't know the exact chemical or what not but it's a higher concentration... etc. and well quick workouts in the morning can result in more injuries. Thanks Carly. I love you! :]

  • Especially that your videos are targeted for such a large audience, you should tell us the dangers of certain positions. Instead of saying once not to.. let's say squat and bring your knees past your toes.. say why. Because you can bust your knees. Also, the core SHOULD be straight. Now that requires lots of work and even spotting to be done properly but I think that you should do a video on how to do basic movements properly. At least inform us of what is right because it's too easy to injure.
